Our First New York Snow

February 3, 2016

It has been a few weeks now since the big snow storm has his New York and basically shut down all of New York, but I thought that I would share some photos from the day after because the city was still in a weird state. Most of the roads were still closed and the subway still had loads of delays. So we decided (and so did all of New York) decided to go to Central Park and check out the damage that had been done by the record breaking snow storm.

It’s pretty crazy the amount of snow there really was. Being from California, I’m not used to the snow. I never have even really visited the snow to go skiing or anything. But most of it is all gone and turned into gross slush, so it wasn’t that much of a hassle. And now the weather is back at being in the 40’s and 50’s. I do kind of hope that it snows again. Also, I’m wearing SO many layers in these photos, it was a little ridiculous. I obviously only linked what I’m wearing on top. But if you want a post about how I layer for when it gets cold, let me know in the comments below!!
